The Social Media & Digital Marketing Coordinator will work directly with the Marketing team to provide critical support in the planning, development, and execution of D2C Mondetta brands' social media channels, as well as other digital and PR strategies. They will provide social media support by assisting with content creation, social post development, conversation and engagement, image curation, influencer programs, paid advertising, reporting and the growth strategy for our D2C brands. They will also be involved in the email marketing strategy, planning, and delivery for each brand, as well as other projects and initiatives to help the Mondetta brands' stories come alive both online and in real life. The ideal candidate is a social media pro who loves fashion and design, has exceptional communication and storytelling skills, as well as a knack for growing audiences and turning customers and followers into engaged communities of brand fanatics.
RESPONSIBILITIES
. Assist in the planning, creation, editing, and scheduling of social media content
. Produce video content for social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram & TikTok
. Create social media reports utilizing tools and KPIs to leverage insights and develop engaging and converting social content
. Assist in the development and execution of growth and content strategy for all social platforms
. Follow and engage in daily social media content including but not limited to likes, comments, as well as responding to customer inquiries
. Assist in managing paid social media advertisements, in-house management or liaising with agencies
. Assist with influencer program coordination including outreach, relationship building, product selection, distribution, and tracking/monitoring sales generation
. Assist with ambassador program management and new member acquisition
. Assist email marketing team to identify opportunities for email flows and automation including a long-term email flow/automation strategy with an emphasis on personalization and conversion
. Assist with giveaways, promotion, event planning, coordination & execution as required
. Manage day-to-day operations, strategy, and reporting of select marketing and e-commerce platform
QUALIFICATIONS
. Post-secondary education in business, marketing, communications or related field would be an asset
. 3+ years in a similar social media & digital marketing role
. Experience in social media content creation including both photos and videos
. Strong business acumen in building and maintaining an authentic brand
. Track record of achieving growth on various social media platforms in a measurable way (audience acquisition, conversion, engagement, etc.)
. Experience in retail and wholesale marketing would be an asset
. Proficient computer skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
. Excellent written and oral communication skills
. Strong time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
. Must have a true passion for fashion and apparel
. Exceptional organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
. Strong attention to detail.
. Comfortable with continuously changing opportunities
. Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams
