Legacy Bowes is searching for a proactive, motivated, and dynamic individual to join our Executive Search Practice. The Talent Acquisition Associate will use creative sourcing techniques to generate candidate leads and use their computer and phone as their secret weapons. The Talent Acquisition Associate is a team-driven individual and a natural problem solver who can connect with people at all levels and build long-lasting relationships and genuinely enjoys presenting options, aligning skillsets and values, and has a knack for recognizing candidate strengths and skillsets.
Responsibilities
. Researching and creating targeted lists of passive candidates for evaluation and consideration for search assignments
. Developing custom sourcing techniques through multiple channels
. Evaluating candidate resumes against position criteria for interest and suitability
. Researching, collecting, and compiling information related to client engagements and market opportunities
. Document and track records on our candidate database
. Continuous networking with a consultancy approach in order to develop market intelligence
. Effectively steward candidates to ensure open communication
. Conducting comprehensive reference checks
Skills & Qualifications
. Post-secondary education preferred or a combination of education and experience
. Previous experience in recruiting, research, journalism, analysis, or sales is a definite asset
. Genuinely interested in interviewing people and assisting them with career pathing and exploring opportunities
. High proficiency in MS Office and an understanding of database software
. Comprehension of business structures and protocol
. Superior communication skills complemented by a professional telephone presence; able to build relationships quickly
. Ability to think through complex challenges independently and collaboratively
. Highly ethical, self-motivated, creative, and responsible
