Rainbow Trailers is seeking a new Dealer Relationship Manager to join their team! Rainbow Trailers manufactures flat-deck and cargo trailers of all shapes, sizes, and for all purposes that are known for their superior quality. Headquartered in Southern Manitoba, they have national and international ties and dealers all across North America. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Dealer Relationship Manager is a challenging and dynamic position with primary responsibility for positive account management and successful sales results. As a constant force for positive change, you possess a high degree of initiative and persistence and manage responsibility for transparent and productive communications with our existing dealers as well as the development of new dealers in targeted areas. Please visit https://bit.ly/RT-DRM for more information! Key Responsibilities . Maintain regular communications that build trust and positive business relationships . Participate in the development of the sales strategy and organizational budgets . Negotiate volume commitments and promotional activity . Able to analyze problems and strategize for improvements and solutions . Prepare account objectives and implement tactics that are structured to achieve organizational initiatives . Coordinate with Manufacturing team to generate an efficient production schedule . Manage accurate records of sales, revenue, and other important account data . Present reports to management on account activity, progress to sales objects, and market trends . Utilize CRM tools to actively track and analyze sales leads and dealer activity . Assist and contribute to the evaluation of competitive programs and products . Participate in marketing events such as seminars and trade shows . Maintain industry knowledge surrounding trends and company initiatives Skills & Qualifications . Degree/diploma in a related discipline and/or combination of experience . Proven sales and prioritizing skills in a technical environment . Customer service exposure in the manufacturing or automotive industry is an asset . Excellent interpersonal skills . Proficient with Microsoft Office, experience with CRM platforms . Demonstrated ability to solve complex order delivery schedules . Must possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record . Must be able to travel by air or car. Legally able to work in Canada.
