The B2B Sales and Marketing Specialist is responsible for leading and contributing to projects that drive revenue growth. Reporting to the Director of Sales, they will be responsible for the development and management of broad-based online B2B sales and marketing programs, implementation and results. They will also manage online sales and marketing efforts for brand position and awareness. Additionally, they will manage lead generation, B2B web site content curation/creation, and sales collateral. This position will focus on retaining current and acquiring new customers in digital channels including online marketplaces, dropship models, and ecommerce platforms. This high-impact role will collaborate with cross-functional team members and interact with clients, vendors, and senior leaders. RESPONSIBILITIES . Responsible for lead generation and customer acquisition to create a qualified book of business of online wholesale opportunities, including but not limited to online marketplaces, dropship accounts and B2C ecommerce platforms, to ensure sales targets are achieved . Key person in the ongoing maintenance and understanding of our B2B ecommerce platform, 'NuOrder' and will ensure the platform is being used to its full capabilities . Liaise with internal marketing department to lead and ensure the consistency in the messaging, branding, content and overall aesthetic of the B2B ecommerce platform . Gain and maintain a vast comprehension of product offerings . Develop B2B marketing calendars for product features and weekly/bi-weekly campaigns . Develop and execute B2B marketing plans that may include email campaigns, website updates, and participation in industry conferences and events . Plan regular meetings to look at aging inventory to develop campaign strategies to maximize movement of inventory across all wholesale channels . Perform ongoing tracking and reporting of B2B marketing initiatives. Track and analyze email marketing campaigns and generate reports to evaluate performance of email campaigns . Implement best practices for lead conversion. . Collaborate with internal marketing and photography teams to establish timeliness and evaluate quality of all digital assets required for B2B marketing initiatives QUALIFICATIONS . 3+ years in a similar sales and marketing role . Experience in the apparel industry an asset . Experience working within B2B ecommerce platforms. NuOrder an asset . Dynamic and motivated with an internal drive to continuously achieve goals and deadlines . Email database and digital marketing experience . Proficient computer skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint . Excellent written and oral communication skills . Strong analytical skills . Ability to review performance results and making recommendations for future actions . Exceptional organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines . Strong attention to detail. . Comfortable with continuously changing opportunities .
