As the Account Manager, your primary purpose will be to provide support to the Key Account Manager and assist in carrying out the necessary, critical processes and tasks to maintain exceptional customer satisfaction for some of the largest customers in the industry. You will work closely with internal teams and customers, as well as understand how Mondetta's design initiatives and program management provide the highest value for the customer. Ultimately? you will contribute to the success of the company's business objectives through your critical role in the Account Management process. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES . Understand a business plan that aligns with Mondetta's objectives and strategies pertaining to key accounts . Effectively and continually communicate with clients and internal departments to ensure orders are being processed timely and accurately. . Maintain accurate account information. Analyze client performance and create reports, graphs, and charts for both internal teams and for external clients. . Proactively advise internal departments towards readiness for new product proposals and communicate with clients to set up meetings. . Support Key Account Manager to assimilate, communicate, and record information to maintain maximum customer satisfaction. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE . 3+ years of experience managing or assisting with major customer accounts . Managing large accounts including and similar to Costco is required. . Post-secondary education with a focus on business administration . Demonstrated acute business sense and the ability to work with numbers to translate them into useful business information that helps all stakeholders . Ability to build mutually beneficial, respectful relations with customer contacts; to influence internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the key performance indicators are achieved . Take initiative, plan ahead, and make decisions where needed independently and as a collaborative team . Engaging personality, high energy, confident and "can do" attitude . Detail-oriented with the ability to understand the big picture. . Ability to plan, track, record, and present progress in the allocated accounts. . Ability to thrive in a team environment and can foster collaboration . Excellent written and verbal communication skills . Extremely organized with the ability to track and record data meticulously . Ability to travel to client locations including overnight .
