As the university fall semester approaches, many students will be requiring assistance to manage their student loans online. In order to handle the soon-to-come influx of inbound calls, the Canada Student Loans Program has contracted Tribal Wi-Chi-Way-Win Capital Corporation (TWCC) to address the details of the Program through their Contact Centre Representatives. As a Contact Centre Representative, you will be answering inbound calls, only, pertaining to Canada Student Loans, assisting students and callers to navigate the system as they apply for and access their federal student loan account. You will work with callers to address and troubleshoot any issues, and provide first-rate online support. Reporting to the Team Lead, you will be working within an energetic, family-oriented, and fast-paced team environment. You will provide engaging, polite, professional, and helpful service while you build quality relationships with your customers. Finally, as a Contact Centre Representative, you will be comfortable communicating technology basics to others over the phone and have a natural drive to help your customers, without any outbound calling! Demonstrated ability to exercise appropriate analytical and judgment skills in dealing with moderately complex procedures and situations with customers . Understanding of loan interest, principal, payments, and balances . Knowledge of PCs, and strong keyboarding skills . Ability to absorb information quickly . Positive attitude and proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment .
