Are you an energetic extrovert who thrives on challenge, growth and driving success? Our client is a B-to-C retail organization seeking a Senior Leader to lead their Management Team. This individual will be a seasoned leader with passion for growth and building a strong team environment. As the Senior Leader, you will be deeply involved with your team of 50-60 staff, coaching and motivating others to be their most successful selves while increasing efficiency and productivity of your team. In addition, you will be closely collaborating with the Executive Management Team to grow the brand. As the ideal candidate, you will have worked extensively in a managerial role, have a strong customer service background, and possess superior communication, analytical, and organizational skills. You will have a strong team orientation and build lasting relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders based on trust, integrity, and respect. As the Senior Leader, you will report to Executive Management and set monthly and yearly sales targets, while managing a sizable inventory. You will drive operational excellence by continually monitoring, evaluating, and improving upon operations and key performance indicators as necessary. Preferred Qualifications . 5 - 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role . Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Finance, or related area is an asset . Proven experience directing in a fast-paced, high performance organization . Strong analytical and decision-making skills . Experience having full responsibility for P&L and financial outcomes . Experience with a CRM is a definite asset . Experience in retail/hospitality B-to-C preferred . Natural leader who inspires excellence . Highly organized and results-oriented . Proven experience with managing high value inventory . Financial acuity with strength in reporting and accountability . Track record and understanding of process implementation .
