Legacy Bowes is currently seeking an enthusiastic and professional individual to build their career with our client, Fluey Trading Inc. We are searching for a talented and creative Outside Sales Representative who understands the needs of the local food industry. This is an opportunity to grow with an established specialty Protein & Food Wholesale and Processing company serving Manitoba's diverse food industry. The successful Representative will play a fundamental role working with customers to capture business and ensure a smooth sales process. In this role you will be a HUNTER, making numerous cold calls and face-to-face interactions with customers, generating interest and communicating product opportunities. The daily routine of this role varies from day to day; including discovery calls, research, cold calls, face-to-face meetings, follow up, submitting sales reports, advising existing customers of product features, resolving customer concerns, etc. Key areas of emphasis will be placed on customer service and the ability to grow the business and create repeat business. Our goal is to deliver value to our customers and prospects by being consistent, personable, through calls and follow up; and executing commitments made during customer visits. Building and sustaining long lasting relationships with new and existing customers . Traveling to conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers . Continually meeting and/or exceeding sales targets . Developing and implementing effective sales calls to drive sales . Collaborating with management to expand brand presence . Researching products and pricing as well as market conditions . Strategically negotiating with customers and closing sales REQUIREMENTS . Bachelor's degree or preferred related industry experience . Proven 3 to 5 years outsides sales experience in Protein & Food Wholesale . Proficient with Microsoft Office applications . Tactical and strategic thinker . Strong organization skills . Effective communications and negotiation skills . Exceptional customer service .
