Our client is seeking a Project Manager to outline project goals, terms of reference, resource requirements, and costs. Help create a resource plan that ensures all stakeholders have a voice on the project. Assess the efficiency of the practices and procedures used by a team, and provide guidance that will continuously improve the project plan. The Project Manager will bring over 10 years of IT Project Management experience, along with a PMP certification, a strong technical background and stellar leadership capabilities. Skills & Qualifications . 3+ years of demonstrated successful Information Systems Project Delivery experience as a Project Manager . 10+ years of progressive experience in an Enterprise scale business applications environment . Mastery of application solutions delivery, techniques, and systems development methodologies with specific expertise and passion for business application development and relationship Demonstrated financial skills to establish controls and track project costs . Demonstrated planning, influencing, negotiating, and conflict management skills . PMP Certification or equivalent would be an asset ¬¬¬Responsibilities . Develop and maintain project plans, resource utilization schedules and budget materials for multiple simultaneous projects and operational activities. . Coordinate and drive project activities to deliver required functionality on time and within budget. . Closely monitor project resources, tasks, risks and milestones. Provide accountability for the financial management and budgeting process for projects. . Provide people leadership across all disciplines of solutions delivery life cycle. . Manage all day to day project activities for a team of individual contributors spanning cross-site locations. . Direct activities, assign responsibilities, set expectations and motivate team members toward achieving project/program objectives. . Prepare management reports for project development. . Conduct Post Implementation Reviews (PIRs), Lessons Learned. . Deliver projects using standard project methodologies (templates, processes). . Contribute to the development/improvement of project management/departmental processes. .
