Amazon Team Lead THE OPPORTUNITY Mondetta is looking for dynamic, driven, determined and tech savvy individual to join their growing team who is primarily in Winnipeg. Reporting to the eCommerce Manager, the Amazon Team Lead will be responsible for delivering Sales for Key Strategic Account: Amazon, and other smaller digital accounts, through developing and communicating strategic plans that meet brand and financial objectives. In particular, responsible for managing the relationship with Amazon Strategic Vendor Services and Vendor Manager, managing the delivery of all asset requirements and developing overall account strategy. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES . Own the relationship with vendor manager for negotiating all sales driving initiatives and delivering sales and profit plan . Develop joint business plan in conjunction with Amazon team to drive sales through strategic initiatives . Responsible for achieving sales and margin goals for the Amazon channel . Manage product pages, inventory flow, and connection to Mondetta website . Manage and negotiate terms with accounts for sales driving initiatives . Work with cross functional teams on monthly sales budget and monthly tracking/trend forecasting for the Amazon channel . Develop promotional strategy for Amazon Virtual Private Cloud and other promotional opportunities including KEY Amazon events (Prime Day/Cyber Monday) within allowance budget . Develop strategy for Amazon specific initiatives (Amazon Student, Amazon Mom, etc.) to drive sales . Work between Supply Chain and Vendor Management Team on SKU changes in order to keep Amazon SKU Catalog updated at all times . Ensure Product development photo (PDP) assets provided to Amazon are being used and that no 3rd party images are on Amazon's site . Develop strategic Account exclusives to drive the business in key categories all year round and during peak holidays and Off-Price Management in conjunction with the Mondetta sales team . Take on the role of working with Amazon in both a Vendor Central format and a Fulfillment role SKILLS & EXPERIENCE . Previous experience in a similar role . 3-5 years online marketing and/or sales experience, Amazon background would be ideal and in Sales/Marketing, managing customer relationship . Preferably worked in cross functional organization structure . Experience and exposure in the retail online industry . Ability to resolve problems with a resilient disposition . Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on time and within budget . Excellent written and verbal communication, leadership, and negotiation skills . Must be flexible, work well independently, and have a team-oriented approach . Must be able to be agile in a fast paced, dynamic environment .
